How To Apply
Special Elections
Special elections can happen throughout the year to fill any vacant positions, the following steps are what happens before and during these elections:
Posting: CAB will post on social media and on Handshake when we are looking to fill vacant positions
Nominations: After posting, CAB will call for nominations a couple weeks before elections. During these calls you can
Nominate Yourself (you would need someone to second the nomination)
Nominate a friend ( they can accept or deny the nomination, they have to be present during the call to be nominated)
Handshake Application
Once elections are announced CAB will post the positions on Handshake for students to apply to, this needs to happen while the nominations are open even after you nominate yourself or are nominated

During election night, nominees will have time to talk about why they should get the position followed by our voting process.
